WBO Unveils Four-Day Program for Central Asia Business Week – Uzbekistan 2027
The World Business Organization (WBO) has officially announced the preliminary agenda for Central Asia Business Week – WBO Uzbekistan 2027, revealing an intensive four-day program that will bring together government leaders, diplomats, investors, entrepreneurs, business executives, financial institutions, chambers of commerce, universities, and international organizations to strengthen economic cooperation across Central Asia.
Scheduled to take place in Tashkent from January 26 to 29, 2027, the event has been designed as a strategic platform where business diplomacy, investment promotion, innovation, and international trade converge to create tangible economic outcomes. According to WBO, every component of the program has been developed to encourage practical collaboration rather than traditional conference discussions.
The summit will begin on January 26 with an official opening ceremony featuring high-level keynote addresses, ministerial discussions, and strategic forums focused on the future of Central Asia's economy, regional integration, digital transformation, investment opportunities, and Uzbekistan's growing role as one of Eurasia's most dynamic commercial gateways. The opening day will conclude with an executive networking reception, allowing delegates to establish valuable international business relationships in an exclusive setting.
On January 27, attention will shift toward commercial engagement through a full schedule of structured Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Government (B2G) meetings. Companies, investors, government agencies, financial institutions, and international organizations will participate in pre-arranged matchmaking sessions designed to facilitate investment negotiations, cross-border partnerships, technology transfer, and new commercial agreements. Industry-focused panels will also explore financing mechanisms, regional trade opportunities, and supply chain resilience.
The third day, January 28, will highlight innovation and industrial transformation. International experts will examine the impact of artificial intelligence, digital commerce, smart logistics, advanced manufacturing, sustainable development, and emerging technologies on the future of global business. Delegates will also participate in technical visits to selected industrial zones, technology parks, logistics hubs, and strategic investment projects across Tashkent, providing first-hand exposure to Uzbekistan's rapidly expanding industrial and investment ecosystem.
The summit will conclude on January 29 with executive roundtables, strategic networking sessions, and partnership meetings expected to result in the signing of cooperation agreements, investment declarations, and Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs).
