1-Could you briefly introduce yourself and share some insights into your professional journey and areas
of expertise?
I am a psychologist and interdisciplinary researcher working at the intersection of human behavior,
decision sciences, and economic systems. My work focuses on understanding how cognitive processes
and institutional structures shape economic outcomes in increasingly complex environments.
Through PsychoTrade, I develop interdisciplinary frameworks that integrate psychology, behavioral
sciences, business, and emerging technologies to strengthen cognitive capital and institutional resilience.

2-What was the founding vision behind PsychoTrade, and what role does the think tank play today
within the scientific and business communities?
PsychoTrade was founded on the recognition that global challenges cannot be addressed through
isolated disciplinary perspectives. The acceleration of artificial intelligence, systemic uncertainty, and
economic transformation requires a new intellectual architecture integrating psychology, behavioral
sciences, business, and emerging technologies.
Today, PsychoTrade operates as an interdisciplinary think tank focused on translating cognitive and
behavioral sciences into practical frameworks that enhance cognitive capital, institutional resilience, and
adaptive decision-making systems. Its role extends toward contributing to emerging models of cognitive
governance for sustainable economic ecosystems.

3-What inspired you to focus on the intersection of psychology, human behavior, and commerce?
My focus on the intersection of psychology, human behavior, and commerce emerged from the
recognition that economic systems are ultimately human systems. Markets, organizations, and
institutions are shaped by cognition, emotions, behavioral patterns, and the quality of human decisions.
Over time, I became convinced that economic performance and resilience depend not only on financial
resources, but also on cognitive capital—the capacity for sound judgment, adaptation, and effective
decision-making in increasingly complex environments. This realization led me to adopt an
interdisciplinary perspective, where understanding the human mind becomes essential to understanding
economic systems. Consequently, my work has focused on building bridges between psychology,
behavioral sciences, business, and emerging technologies. I believe that the future of economic
development will depend not only on financial capital, but increasingly on the quality, protection, and
governance of cognitive capital.

4-Do you believe the 21st century should be defined as an era of competition among economies or as
an era of competition among cognitive and decision-making models?
The twenty-first century is increasingly defined by competition among cognitive systems, institutional
quality, and decision-making architectures rather than merely between economies.
In an AI-driven and highly complex world, sustainable advantage depends on collective intelligence,
educational systems, institutional resilience, and the capacity to govern uncertainty. Economies ultimately
reflect the strength of these underlying cognitive and governance structures.

5-What relationship do you see between Cognitive Security and Economic Security in today’s world?
Cognitive security and economic security are fundamentally interconnected. Economic resilience
depends on human judgment, institutional adaptability, and social trust. Threats such as misinformation,
cognitive overload, stress, polarization, and misuse of artificial intelligence weaken decision quality and
undermine innovation and productivity. Therefore, cognitive security should be understood as a strategic
public good and a foundational pillar of economic stability, alongside financial, technological, and energy
infrastructures.

6-Can artificial intelligence truly mitigate human biases, or will it merely reproduce and amplify them
on a larger scale?
I believe artificial intelligence is neither inherently a remedy for human biases nor merely a
mechanism for amplifying them. AI systems are reflections of the assumptions, data, values, and
institutional frameworks that humans embed within them. Therefore, they possess the capacity both to
mitigate biases and to scale them with unprecedented speed and influence.

Without appropriate governance, transparency, and ethical oversight, AI may reproduce cognitive
distortions and erode trust at societal scale. However, when designed responsibly, AI can help reveal blind
spots, improve analytical rigor, and support more informed and balanced decisions.
In my view, the central challenge of the twenty-first century is not whether artificial intelligence will
replace human judgment, but how humans and intelligent systems can co-evolve to create more resilient,
trustworthy, and adaptive decision architectures. Ultimately, the future of AI will depend not only on
technological sophistication, but also on the quality of governance, institutional responsibility, and our
capacity to steward complexity wisely

7-What do you consider to be the most critical characteristic of successful leaders in the complex and
non-linear economy of the future?
In my view, the most critical characteristic of successful leaders in the complex and non-linear
economy of the future is cognitive adaptability. In an environment shaped by uncertainty, artificial
intelligence, and accelerating change, fixed assumptions and linear models are no longer sufficient. Future
leaders must continuously learn, revise their mental models, and navigate ambiguity with intellectual
humility. However, adaptability alone is not enough. They must also cultivate trust, encourage collective
intelligence, and build resilient organizations capable of learning and evolving. Leadership in the future
will be less about possessing predefined answers and more about asking better questions, orchestrating
diverse perspectives, and designing decision environments that enhance learning and responsible action.
Ultimately, leadership should be understood not merely as positional authority, but as the capacity to
steward complexity, strengthen institutional resilience, and enable societies and organizations to adapt
and prosper in a rapidly changing world.

8-How can the World Business Organization (WBO) leverage the insights of behavioral sciences and
decision psychology to strengthen international economic cooperation?
Behavioral sciences and decision psychology should be integrated into governance architecture rather
than treated as supplementary tools. Many barriers to international cooperation arise from cognitive
biases, trust deficits, perception gaps, and cultural differences in decision-making. By embedding
behavioral insights into negotiation design, risk communication, and institutional frameworks, the World
Business Organization can act as a catalyst for collective intelligence and global cooperation.
Within this framework, PsychoTrade serves as an operational platform translating cognitive and
behavioral sciences into actionable standards, models, and policy tools for adaptive global systems.

9-In your view, what is the most important unanswered question regarding human behavior in the
global economy?
One of the defining questions of the twenty-first century is whether humanity can develop collective
cognitive maturity that enables societies, institutions, and intelligent systems to consistently make better
decisions together than individuals acting alone. Despite technological progress, we still lack a full

understanding of how to design decision architectures that foster trust, collective intelligence, long-term
thinking, and cooperation while reducing systemic bias and short-termism.

This question is not only technological or economic, but civilizational. The quality of collective decision-
making may ultimately determine the sustainability of human prosperity and resilience in the decades

ahead.
